The Feelgood Plan is a book written by health trainer Dalton Wong and health writer Kate Faithfull-Williams.
It makes no promises about losing “14lbs in 14 days”, instead it concentrates on taking just 15 minutes a day to do something for your body that makes you feel good. Sections include ‘Eat’, ‘Move’ and ‘Relax’. You can read the entire book (as I did, as I couldn’t put it down!) or read the first two chapters and turn to various relevant pages. |
